VTS has no paid staff and no overhead bloat. When you donate, your money covers the direct cost of delivering free programs to veterans — certification fees, training materials, instructor costs, and Zoom licensing. Nothing else.
One OSHA Seat
Covers the OSHA card processing fee and materials for one veteran to earn their OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
LSS Certification
Covers the full cost of one Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification for a veteran — including materials and exam fees.
1 Year Coursera Access
Funds one veteran or military spouse's full-year access to hundreds of Coursera professional certification courses.

Sponsors an entire class session — instructor coordination, materials, certification processing, and Zoom hosting for a full cohort of veterans.

Veterans Transition Support (VTS) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2014 and based in San Marcos, California. We provide free OSHA certifications, Lean Six Sigma training, Coursera access, and career counseling to veterans, transitioning service members, reservists, and military spouses across San Diego and Orange County.
